You may cancel your reservation with a full refund, less payment processing fees paid by the proprietor, 48hrs prior to check-in date and time.

Please note that you will be charged the full amount of your reservation if you must cancel after this deadline.

Monies are charged at the time of reservation for online bookings.

A change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.

Early check-in may be possible if your room is ready, but standard check-in is at 4pm.

Unscheduled late check-out will incur $35 per hour for every hour after 11am, starting at 11:05am.

Prearranged late check-out may be accommodated with phone call notice, and will incur $15 per hour for every hour after 11 am, starting at 11:05am.

This is a non-smoking/ pet-free facility. Pets are not allowed in rooms or hallways.

Smoking incurs a $250 fee.

Unauthorized pets incur a $150 cleaning fee.

Damage incurred due to unauthorized pets, will be billed according to the extent of said damage.

Replacement of damaged or stolen items will be charged to the card on file.

Room keys will ONLY be reissued to the registered guests with photo I.D.
